Dogs for Adoption More pictures and bios will be up shortly.  Please be patient!

Brutus is a really gentle, pit mix, approx. three years old, neutered and micro-chipped. There are people visiting him, looking to adopt him
General is a well tempered male, who is neutered and microchipped.  He is approximately 1-1/2-2 years old, mixed terrier, and 25 lbs. General is dog, people, and kid friendly.
Greta is a 4-5 year old female, who is microchipped and spayed.  She is a Staffordshire/Sharpei mix and has velvety brown fur. She is extremely even-tempered and is good with all kinds of creatures. Greta is currently in foster care- being healed of a nasty bite on her shoulder. She weighs in at 80 lbs. and would be an incredible therapy dog.
Little Cow is a fixed-male of 1-1/2 years.  He is a terrier/hound mix who loves people and loves to play
Mazie is a very special lady, and she will need a very special home.  Although Mazie has a lot of love to give, she was badly abused before coming to Friends for Life.  As a result she is skittish and wary of strangers.  She is a 2 year old, whippet/terrier mix, who is slender and lean.
Kalani is a rambunctious female fixed and microchipped of 1-1/2 years of age. She has lots of energy and is very rambunctious, and as such needs a firm hand and some more training.
Wisdom is a 1-1/2 yr.old fixed and microchipped male teenager, very smart, likes to play ball and chase around. Some more training will be needed. He's what we affectionately call "Waianae Purebred"--we have no idea what his mix is.

Nina is a Terrier/Chow mix, again a Waianae Purebred, fixed and microchipped female. Nina's our cover doggie on our brochure, and is very gentle and sweet, especially with little people.
Wiley is a little girl we had as a pup 2-1/2 years ago, then turned back in 'cause they couldn't take her with them. She's spayed and microchipped, is very sweet and loving, but will need more training.

Kiya is a spayed and microchipped female of 2-1/2 years. Kiya needs a very special person to love her in a house with no competition either from kids or other pets. Very loving one-on-one, she will need trust and boundary training, and will definitely need some time to adjust and learn what her role is.
